I was never seriously involved in athletics in high school
It was my senior year of high school that I started taking my overall health more seriously
It started as a fun hobby but as I became more involved I realized...
-the merit of a regimented fitness schedule for teaching discipline and hard work
-the merit of good nutrition to provide long lasting energy to be able to accomplish more tasks in a day
-the merit of mental clarity, improved mood, and improved sleep that are positive side effects of fitness and nutrition
